CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read before booking Reschedule & Cancelation Policy and some other rules. DEPOSIT: there is a $15 non refundable payment to book. - Payment options: cash, Venmo, debit or credit for the remaining balance. 1. 24 hours or less for CANCELLATION and / or to RESCHEDULE You will loose your deposit and have to rebook. 2. There is a 15-minute grace period, if your later than that, you will lose your deposit and need to rebook. 3. A no call no-show will be charged the full amount of the service and will be unable to book online going forward. I send reminders via text and emails, so please make sure these are correct. Those reminders will allow you to reschedule without losing your deposit. (unless it's after the 24 hr. ) You will lose your deposit and have to rebook and pay another deposit. PLEASE NO KIDS OR PETS. This is a space to relax and enjoy your hour. PLEASE no hoodies, mock collars and turtlenecks.
