CANCELLATION POLICY
Reschedule & Cancelation Policy and some other rules. DEPOSIT:are now required to book. - Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. - Payment options: cash, credit, and debit for the remaining balance., credit, and debit for the remaining balance. 1. 24 hours or less for cancellations and / or to reschedule. You will pay a deposit and have to rebook. 2. There is a 15-minute grace period, if your later than that, you will be charged 30% and need to rebook. 3. A no call no-show will be charged the full amount of the service and will be unable to book online going forward. I send reminders via text and emails, so please make sure these are correct. The full amount will be owed at the end of service. Those reminders will allow you to reschedule without losing your deposit. (unless it's after the 24 hr. ) You will lose your deposit and have to rebook and pay another deposit. PLEASE NO KIDS OR PETS. This is a space to relax and enjoy your hour.
